The Market Common will fill the empty space left by Piggly Wiggly, as well as a few notable additions that were made over the last year:

Nachos Supreme

Nacho Hippo: The Market Common’s popular Mexican-American cantina recently expanded, taking over the space that was previously Divine Prime.

Peace, Love and Little Donuts: A groovy donut shop that creates unique donut flavors and toppings.

You Eat, I Bake: A 100% gluten-free gourmet bake shop in the SoHo district at Market Common.

Changes to Barefoot Landing

Barefoot Landing is primed to make some major adjustments this year, with a Waterway-front expansion opening soon, along with new restaurants:

TBonz Gill & Grill Mexican Concept | Spring 2018: TBonz Gill & Grill will soon be transitioning into a brand new Mexican concept.

New Area Attractions

Myrtle Beach Boardwalk Extension and Development Complex | Spring 2018: A new expansion to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk featuring an entertainment complex will open this

spring. The new oceanfront complex will include a mix of restaurants and bars like BurgerFi and The Bimini Room.

Myrtle Beach Pinball Museum | Opening Soon: An interactive museum featuring playable pinball machines from past decades.

Topgolf | Opening Soon: Myrtle Beach will soon have its very own TopGolf entertainment center. A tentative opening date has yet to be announced.

New Area Events

Blue Angels Air Show | April 28 – 29: The US Navy Blue Angels will visit the Grand Strand for the Wings Over Myrtle Beach Air Show for the first time in over a decade.

Nitro Circus | June 19: The renowned stunt bike and action sports show Nitro Circus will be making a stop in Myrtle Beach this June at TicketReturn.com Field.
