Hot Summer Nights | Myrtle Beach Boardwalk | Ongoing

Grab the family and head over to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk – THE place to be this summer for live entertainment and family fun! Hot Summer Nights is a summer-long festival that features several free events throughout the week. This year’s schedule includes:

·      Monday – Kidz Carnival

·      Wednesday – Live Entertainment Plyler Park & 9th Avenue Stage; Fireworks

·      Friday – Live Entertainment

·      Saturday – Fireworks

·      Sunday – Live Entertainment Plyler Park & 9th Avenue Stage

 

The Boardwalk will come to life in the evenings with free family fun. Just head to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk to see what all the buzz is about!

Myrtle Beach Pelicans Baseball | Ongoing

Are you ready for an action-packed night on the town? Baseball season is in full swing and you won’t want to miss out on the fun! The Pelicans are a minor league affiliate of the Chicago Cubs. Tickets start as low as $7 / person, making it very affordable, and the ballpark offers several promotions throughout the week, including:

·      Monday – Half-Off Hunger Monday – ½ Price Ticket with Donation

·      Tuesday – $2 Tacos & Tallboys – $2 tacos and $2 16 oz. cans from 6 pm – 8 pm

If your crew is looking to enjoy a night out on the town, look no farther than Broadway at the Beach! This family-friendly outdoor venue is home to a wide array of fabulous attractions, dining, and entertainment. In addition to all of the year-round offerings, Broadway will also host a wide array of free family fun throughout the summer. Visitors can look forward to strolling street performers, stages with live entertainment, family activities like crafts, face painting, magicians, performances from the Ripley’s Ruckus crew, weekly fireworks, and so much more. Just head to Broadway at the Beach after a busy beach day to see what all the buzz is about!

Movies Under The Stars | Market Common | Ongoing 

Save a few bucks and enjoy some well-deserved quality time with family and friends by catching a free flick at Market Common.  Every other Wednesday night, Valor Park will host a drive-in style movie in their open-air field. Guests just need to bring a few blankets and chairs and settle in for a great night of entertainment. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase if you need a few munchies. This year’s lineup includes:

  • Paddington 2 – June 27th
  • A Dog’s Purpose – July 11th
  • Cars 3 – July 25

Carolina Country Music Fest | Downtown Myrtle Beach | June 7th – 10th

Dust off those dancing boots and grab your tickets to the biggest music event on the east coast. The Carolina Country Music Fest is returning to the Grand Strand and promises to be bigger and better than ever. Headliners for the 2018 concert include Zac Brown Band, Toby Keith, Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, Brett Young, Old Dominion, and many more.  Where else can you enjoy this many great artists in one action-packed weekend? Festa Italiana | The Market Common | June 29th – July 1st

Enjoy a true taste of Italy at this scrumptious local food festival. Festa Italiana has become an annual tradition and is a favorite among visitors and locals alike! Admission allows access to a wide array of vendors and entertainment. Activities will include games and crafts, face painting, live entertainment, and a spaghetti eating contest. And, it wouldn’t be an Italian festival without a festive Italian feast! Nosh on everything from meatballs, homemade pasta, sausage and peppers, and cannolis – just like mama used to make.
