The Arts & Film Celebration, May 1 at former Myrtle Square Mall site 10am - 10pm. This event includes kid character meet and greets, food, fireworks and R&B and Jazz Bands.
The Inaugural Family Fitness Festival & Fun Run will take place April 30-May 2, 2010 in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Festival will be headquartered at The Market Common and will feature fitness activities, vendors, live entertainment featuring national recording artists playing children's music and much more. Proceeds raised go to benefit the Children’s Museum of South Carolina.
On May 15, the annual Beach Music Festival and official ribbon-cutting for the new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk will take place from 10am -10pm. This event will include: TLCs "The Cake Boss" Buddy Valastro building the world’s largest flip flop cake; the official ribbon cutting for Boardwalk; fireworks, and food and beer sales. Free concerts will also take place featuring The Charimen of the Board, Ben E. King, Mark Roberts and the Breeze Band, Jim Quick & Coastline, The Prophets and many more.
The Beach Blast Christian Music Festival will take place May 22 on the former Myrtle Square Mall site from 2-9pm and will feature great music, food, art and craft exhibitors and fireworks.
