TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Our website reservation center guarantees to provide the best online bookable rates available to the public on the Internet. Group rates and package rates are not included and do not qualify for this offer.
2. Competing rate from another Internet source must be a publicly available rate, lower than the rate on our website, viewable and bookable on another website for the Holiday Inn - "At the Pavilion", same dates, same room type, and same number of guests.
3. Guarantee does not include websites or rates where the hotel is not known until the booking is complete.
4. Guest must have a confirmed reservation and a reservation confirmation number.
5. The “Best Rate Guarantee” does not apply to taxes, gratuities, resort fees, or incidental charges. It is for the rental of the room only.
6. Guest must inform the individual resort of the lower rate by submitting a claim form within 24 hours after making the original reservation, but at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, along with a screenshot of the website with the lower rate that proves availability.
