Exclusive to our guests of Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort, Coral Beach Resort & Suites, and Holiday Inn - "At the Pavilion" in association with Quantum Leap Charters is your chance to win a waterway cruise during your visit with any one of our Resorts.

Drawings and cruises take place in season approximately April 1-September 30*.

At check-in guests will receive a registration form for the weekly drawings that will be held at each resort. Each week on a separate day 6 guests from each resort will enjoy a waterway cruise.

Drawing Rules and Disclaimers:
*Drawings and Cruise Dates are approximate and may change or be cancelled without notice at anytime due to weather, mechanical or other unforeseen circumstances. Drawings will be held approximately April 1-September 30 typically two days prior to cruise dates. Guests will be notified by phone and must respond within eight hours. A refundable deposit of $50 per family will be required for all participating winners. Offer available to registered guests and guests must be registered at the time of the cruise. Cruise dates for Coral Beach Resort & Suites are on Tuesdays, Holiday Inn - "At the Pavilion" is Wednesdays and SeaCrest is Thursdays between 4-6 PM. Cruise dates and times may vary.

Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Resort. Sweepstakes are open to persons over the age of 18 at time of entry. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree that the resorts of this drawing shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the cruise or parts thereof. The Resorts have no liability for technical or computer malfunctions and it reserves the right to cancel this promotion for any reasons that it deems appropriate.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the cruise. The Resorts assume no responsibility for any human error, which may occur in the processing of entries or for late, lost misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Drawings are open to all guests, except employees, families, officers, directors, agents, representatives and the immediate families of the resorts. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. Entries will become the exclusive property of the resort and will not be returned. Odds of winning prize depends upon total number guests who enter. Cruise may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply; void where prohibited by law. Winners accept all liabilities for use of the cruise. The above-named resorts accept no liability or responsibility for damages, losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of any cruise. Winners grant the above-named Resorts permission to use their names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions connected with this drawing without further compensation except where prohibited by law. The website and the webpages upon which the details of the drawing are contained, as well as any associated software, are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction., whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. In no event will the Resorts, or any person or entity associated with the drawing or the associated software, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the participation in or inability to participate in, the cruise. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and the Resorts in connection with the drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules or provisions (whether of the United States, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the United States. All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or breach of these Official Rules shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the state courts or Federal District Courts located in the state of residence of the Resorts (or, if more than one state is involved, the state that shall be designated by the Resorts).
